This also one of the original traditional recipe. It also our favorite childhood drink. This is also a traditional medicine for sore throat. We also make sour and salty too.

From the color you could clearly see that it had been concentrate about 1 and half year before we start selling it out. Most of the lime or calamansi become darken in color.

Asam Spicy Sauce
This sauce delicious when cook together with fish & vegetable or seafood or meat. It is easy to use, you can add on with onion, garlic, pepper before add in the sauce for those who need more heavy taste.
About
We just start our new journey in this winter 2020. We hope our dream and path will come true. We only hope that we could share our recipe and exchange recipe for those are interest. We hope our recipe and taste are up to the standard to everyone.
